How do I book a Picnic?
Please submit an Inquiry form. We will review your form and verify the availability of your time, date, and location within 24 hours. After confirming availability, we will require a non-refundable 50% deposit in order to secure the date for your event. We will require the other 50% + refundable damage deposit to be submitted 14 days prior to the event. Full Payment is required if you book 14 days or less prior to the event date.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
We ask that you reserve at least three weeks in advance to allow us to best prepare for your event.
What are your days and hours of operations ?
We are currently only operating on weekends, Saturdays & Sundays. We can accommodate reservations starting at 10a.m. to sunset, unless the location is well-lit and safe.
What should I expect the day of the picnic?
You will receive a text message with details of the exact locations 30 minutes prior to your event. We will be there to greet you and leave shortly after you have settled. We will arrive when your time is up to clean and pack-up.
What if I want to leave early?
If you would like to leave early, please notify us 30 minutes prior to the time you wish to leave. Please do not leave our equipment unattended, clients will be responsible for any loss of items or damage and will incur in additional charges.
What if an item gets damaged or lost?
Please notify us immediately if any of our items get lost or damaged. Client is responsible for items damaged or lost and will be charged a fee for each item that is lost or damaged. Additionally, an inconvenience fee will be added if item is not easily replaceable,
What is your cancellation policy?
WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS
If you cancel 1-3 days before your event or do not show up to your event, you will forfeit all service and rental charges.
Cancellation made 3-6 days before your event are eligible to apply 25% of your booking to be credited to a future booking.
Cancellation made 7-13 days before your event are eligible to apply 50% of your booking to be credited to a future booking.
Cancellation made 14 days before events are eligible to apply 100% of your booking to be credited to a future booking.
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of ?
Travel fee: We charge $1 per mile outside of 10 miles from the 90715 zip-code
Service fee: 10% service fees are applied to parties of 9-12
Beach fee: All beach picnics incur a $75 fee
Additional time: if you add additional hour the day of the picnic, based on availability you will be charged double the price for that add-on
Holiday or Holiday Weekend: Additional $75 will be charged for days your picnic is on a Holiday or Holiday weekend
